About the Author

Jim Hasenau is on of the few writers whose building and real estate books are based on personal experieces in construction of hundreds of homes. This includes acquisition or real estate, sales of property, handling of financing, design of homes, and actual construction.

After serving as a celestial navigation teacher in the Air Force, he obtained a masters degree in education with majors in science and engineering.

He soon after he joined his father in building homes and apartments starting from the sewer up. He has been in the building business over 50 years.
