Arva Moore Parks' inscription and signature are on the title page. B/W photos; index. The bottom corner of the title page has an embossed stamp of an owner's name and address. The top ends of 15 pages each have one to two light stains. The pages have a moderate cigarette odor. The DJ has a 1/8 in. chip, a linear 1/4 in. stain, and a few places of color loss from shelf wear rubbing. Scans e-mailed upon request.
