Hakenson, author's original preface, black and white photographs throughout the text, and endnotes listing sources. Title page signed by Eric Buckland below his printed name. Crease from dog-earring at top right corner of page v. Faint brown stains, possibly from coffee, at bottom of page ix and in corners of front free and attached endpapers.
