Mildred Seeley has been creating and collecting dolls for nearly 40 years. Also holding a Master's degree in Art Education, Mildred is considered a noted authority on dollmaking, antique doll appraising and doll photography. She has written numerous books on creating and collecting dolls as well as founding the well-known Doll Artisan Guild. With the exception of one, all the dolls featured in this book belong to the Seeley's collection.
