Synopsis
An essayist, poet, freelance writer, and Minnesota Public Radio commentator, Susan Carol Hauser saw her approaching fiftieth birthday as an opportunity to reflect on where she had been, in order to better understand who she was at this milestone in her life.

About the Author
Susan Carol Hauser is the author of ten essay and natural history books including Wild Rice Cooking, 2001 Minnesota Book Award recipient.
