Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Third Printing. pp: 325. Signed by the author, with a generic inscription, on the title page. The first volume of a two-volume history of the Fredericton Internment Camp at Ripples, New Brunswick. The camp was known as Camp B, and also as Camp 70. It was ".the only barbed-wire compound of its kind in Eastern Canada during World War II.". (cover blurb). It housed, at different times, prisoners of war, Canadians suspects, and refugees. This volume tells the story of the European refugees who were fleeing Nazi rule, and were interned, and held at the camp. A very good copy with signs of light wear on the covers. A few pages had, at one time, been dog-eared. Signed by Author(s). Seller Inventory # 007524
