Published in 1988, this book is still a treasure-trove of flavorful food that is simple to prepare, yet a bit different. It offers soups, stews, and casseroles which come from, or are inspired by dishes from all over the world. In Harrowsmith style, this is no-nonsense food including meat and poultry dishes that balance good sense, efficiency and pleasure.
