One of the big themes is how mobile is the work. Another is the rank of the spouse versus the rank of the soldier. A few b/w cartoons bring lightness to the (often heavy) text. Cond : Paper wrapper is whote and green with white lettering. Cover art, by Brock Nicol, shows a birthday cake and a combat helmet - among other things. Tight in binding. No names. Edge wear suggests it was used to shed light on military (think: jargon,etc.) and marital matters.Excellent reading copy.
