About the Author

Donald H. Harrison was a political writer for the San Diego Union before entering the field of public relations with specialties in politics and tourism. He served as editor-in-chief of the San Diego Jewish Press-Heritage, which garnered over 40 awards from the San Diego Press Club and the Society of Professional Journalists. Currently a columnist for the San Diego Jewish Times, the freelance writer, editor, and speaker lives in San Diego with his wife, Nancy.
