About the Author
At eleven years of age, Isaac John Falkirk Downie Whitlatch wrote and illustrated ME AND MY VEGGIES and won THE 1986 NATIONAL WRITTEN & ILLUSTRATED BY...AWARDS CONTEST FOR STUDENTS, in the age category of 10 to 13 years.
Isaac grew up in Casper, Wyoming, and at last report was still working on his "love" for vegetables.
