A review of the state of the art in the field of Italian migration studies. Most of the papers grew out of presentations made at the Columbus People Symposium, held at NYU in May 1992. Nine are original essays prepared especially for this volume. A very clean, square copy with no writing, no high-lighting, no marking of any kind. Last two dozen or so pages show mild waviness from exposure to moisture, albeit no stains or marks. Dust-jacket shows light edge-wear at top of spine and wrinkling to rear panel and spine. Book is still near as new and dust-jacket is presentable and complete. Near fine in a good dust-jacket.
