From the Author:
California Real Estate Principles has changed. It has grown to include more information than could ever be included in one book that someone could carry. This fourth edition just looks like it contains only 514 pages. The size has actually jumped to probably more than 6,000 pages at the very least. Because of the numerous references to web sites for many of the topics in the book, the student can now continue to search for more facts on any subject about which he or she is curious. Instructors can use the web sites for enrichment exercises or extra credit. Students can share knowledge gained from accessing the web sites and the links that will lead them to additional sites. Good luck, Sherry
