Dark Redemption is a thriller about an inopportune Philadelpia man named Scott Westlund, who stumbles across a political secret which threatens both his life and the stability of a nation. An incredible series of adventures drops Scott headfirst into a web of corruption, blackmail and racial terrorism, reaching all the way to the White House. Set initially in 1954 Oklahoma, the book reaches its apex in 1996 Washington, D.C. during a national election and an administration that will stop at nothing to win. Scott allies with Melissa Watkins, the legal assistant for a disreputable but well-intentioned Philadelphia lawyer, and Alexis Johnson, a young black woman and secretary within the CIA, who herself is faced with an incredible personal challenge. The trio are the focus of a nationwide manhunt which culminates in an explosive and poignant climax to this all-too-realistic scenario. From the Publisher Every once in a while you come across a book which is a pure pleasure to produce - a book which captures your attention from cover to cover, tugs at your heartstrings, and yet has a valuable lesson in life for the learning. "Dark Redemption" is such a book, and we know you will enjoy reading it as much as we enjoyed producing it.

Every once in a while you come across a book which is a pure pleasure to produce - a book which captures your attention from cover to cover, tugs at your heartstrings, and yet has a valuable lesson in life for the learning. From the Author:
Curiously, I read only non-fiction and write only fiction. My fiction therefore, necessarily takes on a form of historical fiction, requiring an inordinate amount of research and investigation. "Dark Redemption" required hundreds of hours of preliminary research, including extended trips to Philadelphia, Albuqurque, and Washington, D.C., where significant scenes take place. To me, and to many of my friends and colleagues who have read the manuscript, reading "Dark Redemption" is like watching a Hollywood blockbuster with an Arts & Entertainment quality to it. It is currently being considered for movie and foreign rights, and would make an excellent screenplay. My greatest hope, however, is that you enjoy it.
