About the Author
For the past 27 years, Jim Clark has been an award-winning nature photographer and writer. His articles and images have appeared in magazines such as Outdoor Photographer, Nature’s Best, Wonderful World of West Virginia, Birders World, Country, Wild Bird, and Outdoor & Nature Photographer. A native of War, West Virginia, Jim is the author and photographer of West Virginia: the Allegheny Highlands. He is past president of the North American Nature Photography Association and a recipient of that organization’s Outstanding Recognition Award.
