We went to the Aubrey Daniels International (ADI) training and I got my hands on the book Removing Obstacles to Safety. Many of us who went to the course read the book, and it really just made sense. It tied everything together. We actually had our salaried and hourly employees read the book and it gave them a good perspective and understanding of behaviors relating to safety.
