Synopsis
Herb Swim was given the responsibility for producing rose nursery plants, first at Coolidge Gardens in Pasadena, CA and then at Armstrong Nurseries in Ontario, CA. Herb is best known for his rose creations that won All-America Rose Selection Awards - twenty five in all. Twenty top European Awards were given his roses. The book is written in autobiographical style. It is Herb's hope that other rose breeders may find in it some idea that may be useful in their work.
