About the Author
Maria Cristina Marconi was a Marchesa in her own rights. She wrote the biography out of a need to tell her husband's story as it evolved, with pictures and documents attesting to Marconi's achievements. The book was written in Italian and translated into English, under the collaboration of their daughter, Princess Elettra Marconi, who has added numerous additional photos and new chapters.
