About the Author
Horace R. Brock, Ph.D., CPA, is the Director of Oil and Gas Program and Director of the International Oil and Gas Accounting and Financial Management School of the Professional Development Institute. He is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of North Texas (UNT).
Martha Z. Carnes, CPA is the U.S. Energy Assurance Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Martha's 24 years of experience in public accounting have involved serving clients primarily in the energy industry, including natural gas transmission and distribution, natural gas and power marketing, independent power producers, and oil and gas exploration and production.
Randol Justice, CPA is a Partner in the Global Energy, Utilities and Mining Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Randol has provided professional services to companies involved in all areas of the energy industry and has also consulted on accounting and reporting matters with numerous multinational energy companies.
