About the Author:

Gene Kieffer began his professional career as a journalist on a large Midwestern daily newspaper. He spent more than 35 years as investigating the origins of the world's great religions and mythologies, traveling abroad extensively. In 1970, he established a non-profit, tax-exempt Foundation for the investigation of ancient esoteric texts around the world. His work involved interviewing and counseling more than a thousand individuals who had reported having had mystical experiences. From these interviews and investigations, the author lectured widely and wrote and edited numerous articles and books on mythology and mysticism. Mr. Kieffer is the world's foremost authority on the British author, Gerald Massey, whose work he has studied for more than 30 years.
