"The Principles of Energy" begins where "A Primer of Rotational Physics" leaves off. In "Primer," the authors described the theoretical behavior of the universe's smallest entity and how it can create our basic pure energy forms such as potential, pressure, sound, heat and light. "Energy" takes these forms and shows, through the introduction of twelve simple principles, how they can be used to create and collect free energy which uses no resources and leaves no residue. The book also suggests several designs, including ways to convert existing nuclear reactors into devices which can safely and completely "burn" all the spent radioactive fuel now polluting our planet.

From the Back Cover:
"Rotational Physics: The Principles of Energy" is the second book in the rotational physics and philosophy series. Expanding the basic theory established in "A Primer of Rotational Physics," "Energy" proposes 12 principles of energy creation and collection which, if understood and applied, can lead us into an era where our basic energy forms-- light, heat, sound, pressure, and potential-- can be used to satisfy all our needs without depleting vital resources, producing waste, or creating hazardous conditions. Every new branch of science, from Archimedean theory to Einsteinian mechanics, has begun with laws or working premises and so it is with rotational physics. However, unlike past principles which scientists evolved for scientists, those of rotational physics have parallels in our feelings about ourselves and others. By combining the scientific theory with our most personal human awareness, we can avoid many of the problems that arise when technology ineffectively or even negatively reflects basic human needs. "Energy" presents those scientific principles in terms of our beliefs; if the two forms of thought--the objective and the subjective-- aren't complementary, no device produced, no matter how technologically or philosophically sound, can succeed. "Energy" demonstrates how such a lack of scientific and philosophical unity hampers both fission and fusion reactions and negates them as acceptable energy sources. The book also proposes alternatives that comply with 12 easily understood principles."
