About the Author

Sharon E. Rosenkoetter is Associate Professor in Human Development and Family Sciences at Oregon State University with special interest in young children with disabilities and their families.

Joanne Knapp-Philo is the director of StoryQUEST, an innovative training effort to support families, early education and care staff, programs, and communities to promote beginning language and literacy in infants and toddlers.
