About the Author

Helen Nash was born in a traditional Jewish home in Poland and was a refugee in the Soviet Union during World War II. As a young bride in the U.S., she was determined to prove that Kosher Food could be as varied, light, elegant and exciting as one wished to make it. A resident of New York City, Mrs. Nash lectures, gives demonstrations, and has a Kosher Gourmet radio program.
