Denise L. Webster MS, A.T.,C. received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1978. She also attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania during the Summer of 1977 to receive formal education in athletic training. Upon graduation from Edinboro University, she returned to West Chester University to complete a Master of Science Degree in 1980. Upon completion of the Master's Degree, she spent five years as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Arizona. Currently, she is an assistant professor and assistant athletic trainer in the Department of Physical Education and Sport at Central Michigan University. She is responsible for classroom instruction and clinical supervision of the student athletic training program. Ms. Webster is the principle author of An Infection Control Policy for the Athletic Training Setting which appeared in the JNATA, Spring 1991 issue.John C. Mason, MS, A.T.,C. has been the Head Athletic Trainer at Central Michigan University since 1986. He has also been an adjunct professor and clinical instructor at CMU in the undergraduate sports medicine curriculum since 1981. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1978 from Central Michigan University and a Master of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1980.Thomas M. Keating, MD has been the Athletic Team Physician for Central Michigan University since 1979. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts in history and from the University of Michigan in 1968 as an M.D. He trained in orthopaedics at the University of Michigan and was an instructor at the University of Michigan Medical School. He has practiced in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan since 1975, and is a fellow of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM).
