About the Author
Steven M. Collins lives in Sioux Falls, SD. He is a former National Merit Scholar, and graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Public and Personnel Management. His career has included work for the Office of the Mayor of St. Paul, Minnesota, and the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airport. Collins is a member of the National Epigraphic Society and friend of the late founder and well-known author of the society, Dr. Barry Fell.
