About the Author

JOSEPH H. BOYETT is an advisor to the Global Executive Issues Center of Excellence of the international consulting firm of A. T. Kearney. Boyett and Conn are co-authors of Workplace 2000: The Revolution Reshaping American Business. Dr. Boyett is the author of numerous articles on Total Quality Management and is a frequent speaker before international groups on quality improvement and competitiveness issues. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.

HENRY P. CONN is Vice President and officer in A. T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm. He assists corporations of all sizes to develop an overall strategic approach to improving quality, productivity, and bottom line results.
