Boyett and Conn are co-authors of Workplace 2000: The Revolution Reshaping American Business. Dr. Boyett is the author of numerous articles on Total Quality Management and is a frequent speaker before international groups on quality improvement and competitiveness issues. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.
