Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Praeger, Rosamond (illustrator). 1st Edition. Red linen spine, pictorial paper covered boards, landscape large 4to, pp.56. 18 watercolour drawings reproduced in colour, 24 ink sketches. Originally written and illustrated by Rosamond Praeger ( 1867 - 1954 ) in around 1910 but never published. She was a well known and successful sculptor in Northern Ireland, but also produced 20 childrens books between 1896 and 1918. Several publishers flyers regarding the book loosely inserted, including a short handwritten note from an Audrey Scales at the Portmoon Press to the purchaser of the book. Fine.
