About the Author
Digby Fairweather is a jazz musician, broadcaster, teacher, and former librarian who has played a major role in the establishment of the National Jazz Archive. He has contributed to several respected books about jazz including Groves Dictionary of Jazz and the Rough Guide to Jazz.
