The 14-month research project resulted in the formulation of a revolutionary framework that came to be known as the Go MADŽ (Make A Difference) process. As one CEO of a FTSE 100 company described it, the Go MADŽ process is “a simple, yet sophisticated, multi-purpose development tool that can be universally applied to make measurable business differences.” Supported by the initial research and Andy’s perpetual mission to make the Go MADŽ process available to all in the public and private sector, Andy founded the Go MAD Research and Consulting Group, a values based business that provides a solution focused thinking system that equips people with the mindset and skills to make business and personal improvements.
