About the Author:
Stephen Giles is a professional author, playwright and journalist. A former editor of regional newspapers and magazines, he has worked as a columnist, reviewer, football pundit and language lecturer. He is the author of several award-winning short stories and has had several plays produced, including Rough Trade and Rainy Night in Soho. From Lad to Dad is his first non-fiction book. He lives in the south west of England with his wife and son.
