Review

Shadow on the Sun is the debut novel from R. Julian Cox. It is the first of a planned trilogy.
Shadow of the sun is well written. It weaves historical fact and fantasy into the realms of science fiction and crosses the boundaries of time. The plot and subplots are creative and complex, keeping you on the edge of your seat as you are driven to know more.
The characterization is strong and, as a reader, you will resonate with the characters' plight in, what is, a story based on a scenario that many may fear.

Oooh, I really liked this one! It reminded me of some books I have read by James Rollins and Rebecca Cantrell! This is an exciting book based on scientific and historical fact that is seamlessly blended with fantasy. This book kept me on edge with it's suspense and keeping you wanting to know more! This is a story gets your brain moving, providing you with great entertainment along the way. Very well written, you won't be disappointed!
