The book is particularly notable for its lavish illustrations which include colour photos of working and preserved machines, technical and cut-away drawings, detailed close-up photos of parts etc and numerous tractor advertisements, old and recent. Essential reading for the true crawler tractor enthusiast. First edtion of 1999 from Country Life (NZ), 160 pages, illustrated throughout in colour and b/w.
