About the Author

For over 20 years, Tom McGehee has worked globally with organizations to help them use collaboration more effectively to fulfill their organizational mission. Before entering business, Tom served for 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. His service included the command of two Special Operations Capable Units and duties at Camp David and the White House. After his service in the U.S. Marines, Tom was an executive with EDS and a Partner with Ernst & Young, LLP. Tom is the founder of The WildWorks Group and WaveChanger. He is the developer of the Results Based ConversationsTM (RbC) collaborative facilitation methodology. Tom and his wife, Elaine, have four children and several grandchildren who live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Tom is a graduate of Auburn University.
