"A must-read for anyone with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI), diabetes or microbiome dysbiosis."
Practical help for an issue that is rarely on a doctor’s radar, is often misdiagnosed, and yet affects millions. Pancreas damage can cause hundreds of health symptoms, many of which are not immediately linked to the pancreas. Even if diagnosed, there is little actionable support. The writer went from being bedridden with no hope in sight to a functioning human being again. Hard-earned knowledge is shared in the hope of helping anyone looking to improve their health and quality of life.

"The ultimate guide for those with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI)"
"Amazing how the author has illustrated the importance of basic needs of our body. That modern bulk-food with all its shortcomings can have such an influence on some people, apparently capable of destroying an organ we still need to comprehend. Pancreas tumor incidence is rising, I notice this being an MD myself. EPI is something most doctors will never have heard of (unless you're a veterinarian). It might not be an easy read but there are so many good reference tables and clear passages illustrating ways to find out if our multi symptom patients don't need a psychiatric referral but actually have an organ issue in the abdomen. Might save some more lives if we pick this up as doctors..."
"As a doctor I found this book to be engaging and insightful, and its holistic approach compelling. As powerful for readers as the detailed information on the effects of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, and the poorly understood aspects of its management, was the personal story behind it. Sharing each moment in the author's story, from the lowest of lows, to the road to well-being was a lesson of understanding and hope, not only for those with EPI but for anyone affected by chronic illness."
