The 3fold method includes the intellectual approach, the soul approach of loving that which completes the whole, and the spirit approach of being the whole or being another ray that is not in one's own psychological equipment. Included in this revised-expanded edition are Kurt Abraham's letters to students covering a variety of esoteric psychological topics.

About the Author
Kurt Abraham had been studying the rays for over 35 years and has written eight books on the subject. He founded the School for the Study of the Seven Rays, which offers a Home Study Course and Newsletter.
