About the Author
AlexSandra "Sandy Lynn" Lett writes a weekly newspaper column, "Lett's Set a Spell." For several years she wrote a newspaper column, "Natural Living," which established her as an expert on preventative medicine and holistic healing. She is the author of Natural Living: From Stress to Rest and numerous articles in newspapers and magazines.
Through her company TRANSFORMATIONS AlexSandra presents programs on creating true success and bringing heart and soul to business. She offers dramatic performances as "Sandy Lynn," a colorful character with a Southern dialect who shares her views about life with wit and wisdom.
