Dr. Nancy O'Connor graduated from the University of Oregon with a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology focusing on Gerontology and adult development. She served on the faculties of the University of Oregon and the University of Arizona. She practiced as a certified Psychologist for 30 years ending the last 12 years of her career as the Director of the Grief and Loss Center in Tucson, Arizona. She is currently retired and lives in Tucson, Arizona. She has been a conference and seminar presenter and consultant to multiple public and private organizations internationally
