About the Author
Dick Mitchell is a winning horseplayer who writes and lectures on the subjects of thoroughbred handicapping, the stock market and money management. He is the author of six books on the subject of thoroughbred handicapping and a regular contributor to American Turf Monthly. He is a former mathematics teacher. He has taught both computer science and thoroughbred handicapping at Los Angeles City College.
