About the Author:
Ferdinand Hampson has been involved with the Contemporary Glass Movement since the late 1960's. For over 25 years, Mr. Hampson has been President of Habatat Galleries located in Pontiac, Michigan, with other locations in Boca Raton, Florida and Chicago, Illinois. He has initiated over 50 museum exhibitions of Contemporary Glass, both nationally and internationally and has written numerous articles and exhibition catalogues. Mr. Hampson is recoginzed as a noted authority and historian in the field.
