About the Author:
Dr. Andrew Goliszek received his Ph.D. in Physiology from Utah State University. He was a research associate at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in both the departments of Physiology and Pharmacology and the department of Medicine. Currently he is an associate professor of biology and human physiology at North Carolina A&T State University, and is the author of numerous articles, scientific abstracts, three books on stress and stress management, and two medical novels. His books have been translated in eleven languages.
