About the Author

The late Dr. Thomas F. Gilbert was a professor at the University of Alabama and the University of Georgia, a coworker with B. F. Skinner at Harvard University, a business partner with Geary Rummler, a lifetime member of the Association for Behavior Analysis, and an accomplished performance engineer in more than 300 organizations.
