About the Author

Peter Dean is Associate Professor and head of the Department of Human Resource Development at the University of Tennesse, Knoxville and visiting professor at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylania.

David Ripley, recently completed his doctorate work at the University of Tennessee, has over 25 years of human resource management and consulting experience in private industry.
