From Chapter 1: Persuasion - If there's the slightest hint or doubt from the initial contact with relatives, now may be a good time to send out a "feeler" or "convincer" kind of correspondence to pique interest and to persuade them rather than an announcement of the family reunion. It just depends upon your particular family.
