No visible underlining or markings. Signed inscription on the Acknowledgements page in black ink: "Carole, I'd like to sell you some horses? With you working for me we would have made a good team. Herman" (Handwritten inscription signed "Herman.") . Additionally, a signed letter from the author to the inscriptee is present and firmly bound in at the front.
