About the Author

Diane Morgan, Dan Taggart, Kathleen Taggart, and Georgia Vareldzis were all instructors at Portland, Oregon's Kitchen Kaboodle Cooking School in the 1980s. Their writing career began with the IACP/Seagrams award-winning Entertaining People in 1987. Very Entertaining is a sequel to that well-respected book with completely new menus, keeping the same high standard of photography and graphic design.
