Tamara Pinkas is a faculty member in the Cooperative Education Division at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon, where she has helped thousands of people find jobs since 1986. Tamara is a national advocate for cooperative education through her membership in the Cooperative Education and Internship Association and the League for Innovation in the Community College.
Scott Weighart is the Director of Learning & Development for Bates Communications, a firm specializing in executive coaching and leadership communications. For over a decade, he worked with cooperative education students at Northeastern University and earned international recognition for books, articles, and workshops.
