Synopsis

This guide to Michigan sport diving is widely used by beginning and advanced divers alike. This guide can help you get your feet wet and enjoy doing it. This guide is popular among scuba divers, snorkelers, and maritime history buffs because it is richly illustrated with maps, photos, and drawings. About the Author

Steve Harrington has been scuba diving for more than 30 years. He has made thousands of dives on shipwrecks, old docks, weed beds, quarries, rivers, and inland lakes. He is currently president of the Great Lakes Diving Council and has worked hard to bring safe diving practices to the sport. Especially appealing are listings of shipwreck coordinates in both Loran C and GPS. It covers all of Michigan's underwater preserves, Isle Royale, St. Clair River, as well as descriptions of inland lake dive sites.
