About the Author
Since he began in the soft furnishings business in 1976 as a drapery installer, Charles Randall has become a best-selling author and the world's leading authority on window treatments. After a successful sales career he started a window decorating and manufacturing company and to date, Charles has decorated more than 60,000 Southern California windows. In 1987, he revolutionized the interior design world, writing The Encyclopedia of Window Fashions, a comprehensive book on window decorating that has sold more than one million copies and become an international bestseller.
