About the Author

Dr. Paul O. Radde is a D.C. licensed psychologist, executive coack, and organizational consultant, and the principal of his international consulting company, Thrival Systems(R),now headquartered in Austin, Texas. Dr. Radde has worked for over 50 national associations, 20 major corporations, 20 government agencies, state and local entities. An inveterate problem solver, he brought this book to press after 18 writings spread over 26 years. During that time he proved out his hypotheses on what brings out the best in people in all walks of life through his therapy, consulting, and training work.

Major clients have included the Wall Street Journal, the Food and Drug Administration,the New York City Police Chiefs, the Wall Street Journal Sales Department, NASA.

He has taught at Georgetown University and the University of Texas at Austin. He also wrote two books on management:

Supervising: A Guide for all Levels, and The Supervision Transition: An Employee Guide to Choosing and Moving Into a Supervisory Position.
