Dr. Bern Kreissman is the author of several literary monographs and environmental publications including the award winning CALIFORNIA: AN ENVIRONMENTAL ATLAS AND GUIDE. He has served as the director of major university libaries for more than thirty years and taught Reference, Bibliography, and History at Columbia University School of Libary Service. He has taught Englsh Composition by correspondence at the University of Nebraska, and is the founding co-editor of ADVANCES IN LIBRARY ADMINISTATION.
