Gary K. Smith is a tax and investment consultant in a private practice in Petaluma, California. Gary holds a BA from Tufts University and graduated summa cum laude from San Francisco State University where he received his Master's in Business Administration.

In 1994, he became a series 7 licensed securities representative and Registered Investment Advisor in the State of California.
